Technology leadership with a business perspective

Wlad Pierre-François brings more than 20 years of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and executive advisory. As founder and president of P-Bon Consulting Services, he works with law firms, medical practices, and financial services organizations across the New York metropolitan area.

His work combines hands-on technical delivery with the decisions leaders need to make: where to invest, which risks to address first, how to hold vendors accountable, and how to keep essential services running. His doctoral research adds an organizational perspective to security—examining how leadership, awareness, and employee behavior influence HIPAA Security Rule compliance.

Executive advisory and delivery

  • Technology strategy and governance. IT roadmaps, budget planning, vendor and contract oversight, and service-delivery accountability.

  • Cybersecurity and resilience. Risk assessment, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Healthcare security and AI governance. Compliance readiness, security-policy implementation, and human oversight of AI-assisted security work.
